Preparation steps

Place milk in a small pot and whisk in the polenta. Let soak for 5 minutes.

Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the smooth, about 5 minutes, ading a little water as needed.

Remove polenta from the heat and let cool slightly. Meanwhile, rinse tomato, wipe dry, cut in half and remove the stem and core.

Cut tomato into small cubes and stir into the polenta along with the pesto. Check temperature before feeding.
