4 skinless, boneless Chicken breasts (sliced)
2 Tbsps chopped thyme
1 pinch dried Chili flakes (optional)
2 cloves garlic cloves (crushed)
8 sun-dried tomatoes (in oil)
4 cherry Tomatoes (quartered)
12 black Olives (halved)
4 Tbsps Tomato Pesto
1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
6 Basil (torn)

freshly ground Black pepper
To garnish
1 cup Parmesan (shaved)
