Ingredients

For serving

2ripe Kiwi (about 70 grams)
2small ripe Pears (about 100 grams each)
1small Limes
In addition: Ice cubes

Kitchen Utensils

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Julienne zester, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Blender, 1 Teaspoon

Directions

Display mode:
1 Peel kiwis and cut into cubes.
2 Rinse pears and pat dry. Quarter pears, core and cut into small dice. 
3 Rinse lime and wipe dry. Using a julienne zester, zest peel into thin strips.  
4 Squeeze lime. In a blender, puree kiwis, pears and ice cubes until smooth. Pour into glasses and stir in lime juice. Garnish with lime zest and serve immediately.
