1 Peel kiwis and cut into cubes.
2 Rinse pears and pat dry. Quarter pears, core and cut into small dice.
3 Rinse lime and wipe dry. Using a julienne zester, zest peel into thin strips.
4 Squeeze lime. In a blender, puree kiwis, pears and ice cubes until smooth. Pour into glasses and stir in lime juice. Garnish with lime zest and serve immediately.
