Preparation steps

1.

Peel 5 of the kiwis, then puree with the sugar and vanilla seeds scraped from the vanilla bean. Pour in 2 bottles of mineral water, and mix until thoroughly combined.

Peel and halve the remaining kiwi. 

3.

Fill 2 glasses with ice cubes. Pour in the kiwi juice, garnish with the halved kiwi, and serve.
