Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the zucchini, slice into strips and finally into very small cubes.
2.
Cut the dried tomatoes into thin strips.
3.
Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.
4.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan, add the garlic cloves (unpeeled) and cook on a low heat for a few minutes. Then add the tomatoes, olives and zucchini and briefly cook. Mix the hot spaghetti with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste, garnish with basil leaves and serve immediately.
