1 Cutting board, 1 Sieve, 1 Measuring cups, 1 large deep Skillet (with lid), 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Nutmeg grater, 1 Small knife

Trim spinach, rinse, drain and divide large leaves into pieces.

Break lasagna noodles into bite-sized pieces.

Boil vegetable broth in a large deep skillet, stir in noodles, cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.

Stir in peanut butter, spinach, salt and pepper. Grate in nutmeg and cook covered over medium heat for another 5 minutes.
