- 400 grams
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 250 milliliters Whipped cream
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 ½ Tbsps freshly chopped Fresh herbs (such as lemon thyme, rosemary, basil, chervil, parsley)
- 500 grams Smoked salmon (cut into strips)
- Nutmeg (freshly grated)
- peppers (freshly ground)
- rosemary (for garnish)
- Cress (for garnish)
Preparation steps

Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente.

Peel and finely chop garlic. In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook briefly. Pour in cream and lemon juice, add herbs and simmer about 4 minutes. Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper. Mix sauce with pasta and divide among plates. Place salmon alongside pasta. Garnish with herbs and cress.
