2 garlic cloves
1 Tbsp butter
250 milliliters Whipped cream
2 Tbsps lemon juice
1 ½ Tbsps freshly chopped Fresh herbs (such as lemon thyme, rosemary, basil, chervil, parsley)
500 grams Smoked salmon (cut into strips)
Nutmeg (freshly grated)
peppers (freshly ground)
rosemary (for garnish)
Cress (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente.

Peel and finely chop garlic. In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook briefly. Pour in cream and lemon juice, add herbs and simmer about 4 minutes. Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper. Mix sauce with pasta and divide among plates. Place salmon alongside pasta. Garnish with herbs and cress.
