250 grams button Mushroom
100 milliliters white wine
200 grams Whipped cream
100 grams Sour cream

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse salmon, pat dry and cut into pieces of equal size. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with lemon juice. Heat cream and white wine in a saucepan, add the salmon pieces, cover and steam on low heat for 6 minutes.

Clean mushrooms and slice thinly. Take salmon from the pan and keep warm. Add the mushrooms to the sauce. Boil together with the sour cream to a creamy sauce.

Cook pasta according to package directions in plenty of boiling salted water. Drain and serve with the salmon on plates. Rinse chives, shake dry, cut into rolls and sprinkle over the salmon.
