250 grams Tuna (canned, in its own juice)
1 garlic clove
3 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
5 Tbsps olive oil
2 Tbsps scallions

Preparation steps

Cook penne in boiling salted water until al dente, rinse and drain briefly.

Toast pine nuts in a dry frying pan until fragrant. Let cool. Rinse the arugula, trim, drain well and pluck into small pieces. Drain the tuna and flake with a fork. Peel garlic and chop finely. Mix balsamic vinegar with the lemon juice and the oil and season with salt. Mix in chives and the remaining ingredients and serve arranged on plates.
