Preparation steps

1.

Cook the pasta in boiling salt water until al dente. Rinse in cold water and drain well. Cut the cheese into slices.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Grease a baking dish with butter. Stir the creme fraiche until smooth. Season with salt and nutmeg. Pour the pasta into the baking dish and pour the creme fraiche over the top. Spread the goat cheese on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Serve garnished with chervil.
