500 grams medium-sized potatoes (boiled, sliced)
2 Tbsps olive oil
8 chopped Basil
200 grams Goat cheese
150 grams Crème fraiche
1 garlic clove
salt
freshly ground pepper

Preparation steps

1.

Saute the potato slices in 1.5 tablespoons of olive oil, until brown on both sides.

Layer the potatoes in 4 small ramekins. Season with salt and pepper.

Crush the goat cheese with a fork. Mix the goat cheese, creme fraiche and pressed garlic. Pour over the potatoes. Sprinkle with the remaining oil and bake for about 8 minutes at 200°C (approximately 400°F). The cheese should melt, but not brown. Serve immediatley, garnished with basil.
