- 2 pkgs frozen Frozen creamed spinach (900 grams)
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 Tbsp sunflower oil
- 400 milliliters Vegetable broth
- salt
- peppers
- grated Nutmeg
- 250 grams macaroni
- 50 grams Cashews
- 100 grams Feta
Preparation steps
1.
Cook pasta in plenty of salted boiling water until al dente, according to package directions. Thaw creamed spinach. Peel and finely chop onion and garlic. In a saucepan, sauté onion and garlic in oil.

Add spinach and vegetable broth and bring briefly to a boil. Season generously with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Drain pasta and add to the soup.

Meanwhile, toast cashews in a dry pan until fragrant. Remove from pan and let cool. Cut feta into small cubes.
4.
When pasta is almost finished cooking, stir in feta until warmed through. Season with salt, pepper and a little nutmeg. Serve soup sprinkled with cashews.
