- 1 Tbsp olive oil (for greasing)
- 2 leaves Filo dough
- 1 Tbsp breadcrumbs
- 300 grams Chestnuts (cooked, peeled, vacuum packed)
- 1 onion
- 1 Tbsp parsley (chopped)
- 200 grams Sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 2 Tbsps grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- salt
- peppers
- Nutmeg
- Lettuce
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Grease a tart tin with olive oil and line with dough. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Drain chestnuts and mince.

Peel and mince onion. Combine with parsley and place in a bowl. Stir in sour cream, eggs, parmesan and cornstarch.

Add chestnuts and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Spread into lined tart tin and bake in preheated oven for about 30 minutes. Remove from oven, slice and serve with lettuce.
