- For the dough
- 200 grams Pastry flour
- ¼ cube Yeast
- ⅛ l lukewarm water
- 1 Tbsp grapeseed oil
- 1 pinch salt
- For the filling
- 1 ¼ kilograms small onions
- 200 grams Sour cream
- 100 grams Whipped cream
- 2 eggs
- salt

- 1 jar Anchovy fillet (in oil)
- 1 jar small, black Olives

Preparation steps

For the dough, dissolve yeast in water in a bowl and knead with flour, grapeseed oil and salt to create a smooth dough, covered and let rest in a warm place for about 1 hour. Meanwhile, for the filling, mix cream, sour cream and eggs together in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.

Roll out dough until flat and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread sour cream mixture over dough. Peel and slice onions into rings. Arrange onions, anchovies and olives on sour cream mixture. Bake in a preheated oven bake at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 30-40 minutes. Cover with aluminum foil if desired. Let cool slightly and serve.
