Preparation steps

1.

Clean the lettuce and spin dry. Cut into bite sized pieces. Rinse the plums and remove the pit. Cut into thin wedges.

2.

Rinse the yellow tomatoes and remove the stem. Cut into eighths. Rinse the mozzarella with cold water. Pat dry and cut into cubes.

3.

Mix the balsamic vinegar, mineral water, salt, ginger, and maple syrup into a dressing. Stream in the safflower oil while whisking.

4.

Rinse the dill and remove from the stem. Pluck the leaves and stir into the dressing. Mix the prepared ingredients together and toss with the dressing. Serve the salad on a plate.
