- 1 kilogram colorful Tomatoes (yellow and red, small and large)
- 250 grams Mozzarella
- 1 handful Basil
- 4 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
- 6 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 tsp freshly chopped oregano
- salt
- Red pepper flakes
- 1 pinch sugar

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and trim the tomatoes. Cut into slices, or coarse pieces. Spread the tomatoes onto plates. Tear the mozzarella into small pieces, and place over the tomatoes. Remove the leaves from the basil, tear into coarse pieces, and sprinkle over the salad.
2.
For the dressing, mix the baslamic vinegar with the oil, oregano, and sugar. Season to taste with salt and red pepper. Drizzle over the salad and serve.
