Preparation steps

1.

Clean the lettuce, wash, shake dry and pluck into small pieces. Wash, halve and pit the plums and cut into narrow wedges. Peel and halve the onion and cut into fine strips. Arrange everything decoratively on plates.

2.

Drain the mozzarella, shred and spread on the salad. Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into fine rolls. Sprinkle on the salad.

3.

Mix balsamic vinegar with oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and drizzle over salad.
