- For the salad
- ½ small Iceberg lettuce
- 1 small Broccoli
- 1 sm jar carrots
- 8 Cherry tomatoes
- 300 grams smoked turkey breasts
- 1 bunch Basil
- For the dressing
- 4 Tbsps White balsamic vinegar
- 50 milliliters Vegetable broth
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 generous pinch garlic powder
- Sea salt

Preparation steps

For the salad, rinse the broccoli, divide into florets and blanch in boiling salted water for about 4 minutes. Rinse in cold water and drain well. Blanch and peel the tomatoes. Rinse lettuce, trim, cut into bite-sized pieces and spin dry.

Cut the turkey breast into bite-sized pieces. Rinse the basil, shake dry and the pluck leaves from the branches. Mix all salad ingredients together. For the dressing, add all the ingredients to a shaker and mix well. Mix well and drizzle over the salad. Arrange the salad on plates and serve.
