7 cups Green beans (trimmed)
olive oil
0.333 cup vegetable stock
2 Tomatoes (peeled and diced)
1 bunch fresh Fresh herbs (e. g parsley, chives, savoury, finely chopped)
To garnish
Garlic chive
Parmesan (grated)

Preparation steps

1.
Blanche the beans in salted water for 1 minute. Drain well.
2.
Fry the beans in 1-2 tbsp hot oil and add the stock. Season with salt and ground black pepper, cover and braise on a low heat for around 10 min.
3.
Stir in the tomatoes and the herbs, season to taste and arrange on plates. Drizzle with a little oil and serve garnished with the garlic chives and the Parmesan cheese.
