- For the salad
- 1 head Lettuce
- 1 onion
- Bell pepper (1 each red, green, yellow)
- 3 Tomatoes
- 1 Cucumber
- 200 grams Feta
- 1 Tbsp parsley (finely chopped)
- Chervil (1 tablespoon, finely chopped)
- Tarragon (1 tablespoon, finely chopped)
- For the salad dressing
- 3 Tbsps White vinegar
- 1 tsp Mustard
- salt
- peppers
- 1 pinch sugar
- 5 Tbsps olive oil
- also
- 3 slices Whole Wheat Toast
- 1 Tbsp clarified butter
Preparation steps

For the salad, rinse lettuce, spin dry and tear into bite-sized pieces.

Rinse bell peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and cut into thin strips.

Cut onion and cucumber into slices.
4.
Mix all salad ingredients in a large bowl. For the salad dressing, mix vinegar, mustard and sugar in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Gradually add oil while stirring. Add the dressing to the salad bowl and mix.
5.
Cut toast into cubes and fry in a pan with butter while stirring. Serve salad garnished with toast cubes.
