- 1 medium Cucumber (peeled)
- 3 cups mixed salad (rinsed and dried)
- 2 ripe Tomatoes (trimmed and cut into wedges)
- 2 ½ cups hard Cheese (cubed)
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 Tbsps white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Dry mustard
- 1 pinch granulated sugar
- salt (to taste)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
- 1 clove garlic cloves (pressed)
- edible Nasturtium to garnish (optional)

Preparation steps

Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise. Using a spoon remove the seeds and cut into small cubes. Gently tear the mixed greens into bite-size pieces.
2.
Place the cucumber, salad greens and cheese in a salad bowl. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper. Press the garlic into the mixture and whisk until combined. Drizzle the dressing over the salad. Garnish with nasturtium blossoms, if desired. Serve.
