medium Cucumber (peeled)

mixed Salad Greens (rinsed and dried)

ripe tomatoes (trimmed and cut into wedges)
2 ½ cups
hard Cheese (cubed)
4 tablespoons

1 pinch
granulated sugar
salt (to taste)
freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
1 clove
garlic (pressed)
edible Nasturtium flower to garnish (optional)

Preparation steps

Step 1/2
Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise. Using a spoon remove the seeds and cut into small cubes. Gently tear the mixed greens into bite-size pieces.
Step 2/2
Place the cucumber, salad greens and cheese in a salad bowl. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper. Press the garlic into the mixture and whisk until combined. Drizzle the dressing over the salad. Garnish with nasturtium blossoms, if desired. Serve.
