- 500 grams Pickled herring
- 4 Pickle
- 1 Red onion
- 1 large, mild chili pepper
- 1 handful Dill
- 2 Tbsps apple cider vinegar
- 4 Tbsps Canola oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 pinch sugar
Preparation steps

Pat dry herring and cut into bite-sized pieces. Drain pickles and cut into small cubes. Peel onion and dice finely. Rinse chile pepper and chop. Rinse and shake dry dill, pluck off leaves and chop.

Whisk vinegar with oil and season with a little salt, pepper and sugar. Combine all salad ingredients and toss with the dressing.
3.
Serve with bread, if desired.
