2 onions
2 bay leaves
3-4 cloves
black peppercorns
4 Tbsps Sherry vinegar
6 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the salmon and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel the onions, cut in half and finely chop.

2.

Toss the salmon with the onions, bay leaves, cloves and peppercorns. Pour the vinegar and olive oil over top, cover and marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.

3.

Season the salmon with salt and eat raw or pat dry and pan-fry over high heat until cooked to your liking. Serve with a salad and bread, if desired.
