400 grams Watermelon (seedless)
150 grams Raspberries
1 handful Basil
½ Cucumber
300 grams Greek Yogurt (0.1% fat)
1 Tbsp honey
1 lemon (juice)

Preparation steps

Rinse lettuce and spin dry. Tear lettuce leaves into smaller pieces. Peel and dice melon. Pick over raspberries. If necessary, place in a colander and briefly rinse with cold water, then drain well. Pat dry with paper towels. Rinse basil, shake dry and slice leaves into thin strips. Peel cucumber, quarter lengthwise and cut into (not too thin) slices. Mix yogurt with honey and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

Mix lettuce with cucumber, basil, and melon. Divide among bowls and top with raspberries. Drizzle with yogurt dressing and serve immediately.
