- 250 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 2 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
- 30 grams Chives
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch sugar
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

Place the yogurt in a bowl. Mix the yogurt with the balsamic and a little cold water until the desired consistency has been reached.
2.
Rinse the chives, pat dry, and thinly slice. Mix into the dressing, and stir until combined. Season to taste with lemon juice, sugar, salt, and pepper and serve.
