Preparation steps

For mango lassi, cut the mango into pieces, discarding skin and pit. For berry lassi, rinse berries, drain, pat dry. For herbal lassi, rinse the herbs, shake dry and pluck. For each flavor of lassi, combine in a blender with 1 teaspoon honey, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and 100 grams (approximately 1/2 cup) yogurt. Puree. Use up to 100 ml (approximately 7 tablespoons) of water to dilute to desired consistency and puree until smooth.
