- 12 slices Toast
- 1 finely grated carrot
- 1 handful small Sprout
- 150 grams fried Chicken breasts (sliced)
- Oak leaf lettuce
- 150 grams fresh Tuna (sliced)
- Cucumber
- soy sauce
- Lettuce
- 150 grams smoked turkey breasts (sliced)
- Lettuce
- Mayonnaise

Preparation steps
1.
Slice bread and spread mayonnaise onto each slice.
2.
Top 2 slices of bread with carrot, sprouts and chicken breast.
3.
Top 2 slices of bread with oak leaf lettuce, tuna and cucumber, then drizzle with a little soy sauce.
4.
Top 2 slices of bread with turkey breast and lettuce leaves.
5.
Top sandwiches with remaining bread slices, press down slightly and cut in half diagonally.
6.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
