Preparation steps

1.

Heat up grill.

2.

For the beef: Soak bread in lukewarm water. Peel and mince onion and garlic. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan and cook onion and garlic.

3.

Combine ground beef with half the onion mixture, mustard, well-squeezed bread, egg and parsley. Season with salt and cayenne pepper. Shape mixture into small rolls.

4.

For the lamb: Soak bread in lukewarm water. Blanch tomatoes, shock in ice water, peel, quarter, core and dice.

5.

Dice feta. Combine minced lamb, egg, well-squeezed bread, oregano, mustard, tomato, feta and remaining onion mixture. Knead and season with salt and pepper. Shape into 4 patties.

Cook both burgers on the hot grill, turning occasionally. Grill for about 8-10 minutes. Remove and serve, as desired, with tomato salsa and olive garlic curd.
