- 0.333 cup caster sugar
- ½ cup Marsala wine
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 Strawberries

1 Roasting pan, 1 Plate, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Can opener
Preparation steps
1.
Put all the ingredients except the strawberries in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering (not boiling) water.
2.
Whisk continuously with an electric whisk for about 5 minutes until thick and foamy. Don’t overcook or the mixture will curdle.
3.
Remove from the heat and spoon into 4 serving glasses. Place a strawberry on top of each and serve immediately with crisp biscuits.
