3 Tbsps Cranberry juice (unsweetened)

1 Cutting board, 1 Peeler, 1 Small knife, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Measuring cups, 2 Small pots, 1 Sieve

Preparation steps

Peel and thinly slice ginger root.

Rinse lemon in hot water, wipe dry and remove peel with a heavy-duty vegetable peeler. Juice lemon.

In a small pot, combine 2/3 cup water, 2/3 of the lemon peel, ginger, cloves, and cranberries. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer about 8 minutes.
