- 3 Tbsps sugar
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- ½ Vanilla bean (seeds from)
- 1 Star anise
- 1 generous pinch Cardamom
- 500 milliliters Cranberry juice
- 8 centiliters white Rum
- to garnish
- 4 lemons
- coconut chip

Preparation steps

Bring the coconut milk, sugar, and spices to a boil in a pot. Rinse the orange under hot water. Cut into slices, add to the pot, and cook for a few minutes.

Pass the milk mixture through a fine strainer into a clean pot. Add the cranberry juice, stir until combined, then return to a boil. Pour the mixture into 4 glasses, and top with the rum. Garnish with the lemon slices and coconut, then serve immediately.
