60 grams Dark chocolate
3 Oranges (juiced)
1 lemon (juiced)
1 tsp honey

Preparation steps

Boil sliced ginger root in 250 mL (approximately 8-1/2 ounces) of water. Add the tea, stir, remove from heat and leave for about four minutes.

Use a rasp to grate chocolate and divide between four glasses. Squeeze orange and lemon juices and place in a pan. Pour ginger tea mixture through a fine sieve into the pan and heat through. Do not boil. Add honey to taste, pour into glasses and serve garnished with a cinnamon stick.
