- 1 tsp black Tea
- 3 centimeters ginger
- 500 milliliters Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
- 3 cloves
- 3 Tbsps honey (more or less as desired)
- lemon juice

Preparation steps

Boil 500 ml of water, add the tea and let it steep for 5 minutes.

Peel the ginger peel and cut into slices. Put in a pot and heat, add the tea and season everything with honey and lemon juice to taste. Add orange juice and cloves, strain, pour into cups and serve as desired with cloves and orange wedges.
