400 milliliters water
3 tsps Herbal tea (Mint, fennel, chamomile)
200 milliliters pure Apple juice
1 Tbsp honey
1 Cinnamon stick
½ lemon (raw)
2 ripe Nectarine

Preparation steps

1.

Infuse the tea mixture with boiling water and let sit for 5 minutes. Strain the tea, add apple juice, honey and the cinnamon stick to tea and warm it all up.

2.

Cut the lemon into small pieces. Rinse and halve the nectarines, remove seeds and cut into wedges. Place the lemon and nectarine slices on the rim of the punch glasses. Remove the cinnamon stick and pour into the glasses.
