- 1 large yellow Bell pepper
- 300 grams small Zucchini
- 300 grams carrots
- 2 Tbsps butter
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 1 Tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsps Poppy seeds
Preparation steps

Rinse the yellow bell pepper, cut in half, remove seeds and white ribs, and cut lengthwise into strips.

Rinse the zucchini and cut lengthwise into 1 cm (approximately 1/4 inch) wide by 8 cm (approximately 3 1/4 inch) long strips.

Peel carrots and also cut into 1 cm (approximately 1/4 inch) wide by 8 cm (approximately 3 1/4 inch) long strips.

Heat the butter in a wok or frying pan. Add the vegetables and cook vigorously. Cover and allow to steam for an additional 5-6 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the honey, vinegar and poppy seeds and stir to combine. Arrange on plates to serve.
