Preparation steps

Rinse and chop the tomatoes. Rinse the peppers and cut in half. Remove the seeds and membranes, and chop. Add the tomatoes, peppers, peppercorns, and celery juice to a saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring constantly.

Pass through a fine strainer. Bring the juice to a boil, then transfer into the prepared clean bottles. Seal tightly and cool completely.
