5 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 chopped shallot
2 tablespoons chopped finely chopped mixed Fresh herbs (z, as basil, parsley, mint)

Preparation steps

Mix the lemon juice with the sugar and the oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
