2 tablespoons lemon juice

Preparation steps

Rinse the basil and tarragon, pat dry, and finely chop.

Mix the mustard and olive oil together in a small bowl with a whisk. Add the vinegar and lemon juice to the oil mixture, and stir to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper, mix in the herbs, and serve.
