Hearty Potato and Sausage Skillet

- 1 kilogram waxy potatoes
- 200 grams fresh Liver sausage (homemade style)
- 200 grams Blood sausage
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsps scallions
- 1 Tbsp chopped marjoram
- freshly ground peppers
Cook the potatoes in salted boiling water until fork-tender, about 25 minutes. Rinse and peel while still hot, then cut into slices.
Remove the skin from the liverwurst and sausage and cut both into 2 cm (approximately 1 inch) cubes.
In a large skillet, heat the oil and fry the potato slices over high heat on both sides, 10-12 minutes. Add the sausage and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Sprinkle with chives and season with marjoram, salt and pepper. Serve in the pan.
