- 3 Hot dogs
- ½ bunch mixed Fresh herbs (such as parsley, basil, chives, dill)
- 700 grams waxy, cooked potatoes (from the day before)
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 150 grams green Peas (frozen)
- salt
- peppers (freshly ground)
- 200 grams Gouda (in slices)

Preparation steps
1.
Slice the sausages into bite-size pieces. Rinse the herbs, shake dry and finely chop. Melt the butter in a large nonstick skillet. Slice the potatoes and cook until golden brown, about 10 minutes.

Stir in the sausages and peas, and cook for another 5 minutes. Add the herbs, salt and pepper.

Slice the Gouda cheese into strips and criss-cross over the potato mixture like a lattice. Cover with a lid and allow to cook on low heat until the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes. Serve in the pan.
