- 1 cup roasted, unsalted Peanuts
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp Peanut oil
- sugar (to taste, optional)
- To serve
- Wholemeal Bread
Preparation steps
1.
Put the peanuts and salt in a food processor or blender and blend until chopped.
2.
Drizzle in the oil, and blend until smooth or slightly chunky. Add sugar to taste, if desired.
3.
Serve spread thickly on wholemeal bread.
