200 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
200 grams cream cheese
1 tsp lemon juice

1 pinch Curry powder
1 Cucumber
100 grams lamb's lettuce
2 handfuls Sprout ( e.g. alfalfa)
4 Tortillas
200 grams Prosciutto

Preparation steps

1.

For the sauce, mix yogurt, cream cheese and lemon juice until creamy. Season with salt, pepper and curry.

Rinse cucumber, cut off the ends and cut in half crosswise. Cut the cucumber halves lengthwise into thin slices. Rinse and spin dry the lettuce. Rinse the sprouts in a colander and drain well.

3.

Place the tortillas on a work surface and begin by adding the cucumber slices. Next, add 3-4 slices Prosciutto, lettuce and sprouts. Add 1-2 tablespoons of sauce and roll each wrap. To serve, cut in half and place on a plate with a side of sauce if desired.
