150 grams Turkey ham (thinly sliced)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the lettuce, shake dry and cut into pieces.

For the dressing, cut the passion fruits in half and scoop out the flesh. Mix the with the vinegar and the oil and season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.

2.

Peel the pineapple, remove the stalk and cut into thin slices. Remove the seeds from the tomatoes and cut into thin strips. Cut the chives into large pieces.

3.

Mix all the salad ingredients with the ham, arrange on plates and serve drizzled with the fruity dressing.
