2 cups baked ham (cut into thin strips)
½ cup Celery (chopped)
½ cup Leeks (finely sliced)
½ cup sun-dried tomatoes (chiffonade)
¼ cup Basil (chiffonade)
1 Tbsp thyme (finely chopped)
1 cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano
kosher salt (to taste)
freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
16 ozs cooked Spaghetti
4 rolled Anchovy

Preparation steps

In a large bowl, combine ham, celery, leeks, sun dried tomatoes, basil, thyme and parmigiano. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well until incorporated. Add spaghetti and gently toss. Using tongs, swirl the spaghetti into a small mound on each plate. Top with a little more of the meat and garnish with an anchovy. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
