- 3 Zucchini (800 grams)
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 350 grams Turkey ham (in slices)
- 2 stalks Basil
- 4 Tbsps Pumpkin seed (60 grams)
- salt
- 3 Tbsps lemon juice
- coarsely ground Szechuan pepper

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the zucchini, pat dry, and slice. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the zucchini over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes. Place in a bowl and let cool to lukewarm.

Cut the ham into wide strips. Rinse the basil, shake dry, pluck leaves and coarsely chop.
3.
Roast the pumpkin seeds in a dry pan until fragrant.
4.
Combine ham, most of the chopped basil, and zucchini and season with salt, lemon juice, and Szechuan peppercorns. Sprinkle the salad with pumpkin seeds and remaining basil and serve.
