2 Tbsps lemon juice
150 grams Feta
100 grams thinly sliced Prosciutto

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 375°F) convection. Rinse the potatoes thoroughly, cut in half or quarters and place in baking pan. Sprinkle with the oil, season with salt and pepper, mix and bake 30 minutes until golden brown, stirring occasionally.

Remove from oven and let cool to lukewarm. Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Gently mix with crumbled feta and ham, garnish with thyme and lemon halves to taste, and serve in glasses.
