750 grams potatoes
150 grams uncooked ham
1 onion
1 Tbsp butter
Fat (for the pan)
3 eggs
100 grams Crème fraiche
250 milliliters Whipped cream
salt
freshly ground peppers
120 grams freshly grated Gouda

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Peel, rinse and slice the potatoes. Cut the ham into small pieces.

3.

Peel and finely chop the onion. Sweat the onion in hot butter until translucent. Remove from the heat and cool.

Mix the ham, onion and potatoes. Spread in a greased baking dish.

5.

Mix the eggs, cream and creme fraiche. Stir in half of the cheese and season with salt and pepper. Pour the cream on the casserole and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
