Grilled Shrimps Skewers with Snow Peas and Baby Corn
Rinse the snow peas and blanch in boiling salted water for about 4 minutes. Drain the blanched snow peas. Cut the baby corn cobs into pieces. Thread the shrimps alternately onto the skewers alternately with the blanched snow peas and baby corn cob pieces.
Crush the coriander seeds in a mortar. Brush the shrimps with a little oil, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with crushed coriander seeds.
Place the skewers on the hot grill and grill from both sides for 8 minutes until golden brown.
