- 600 grams green Beans
- 1 centimeter ginger
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 Tbsps Sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsps Peanut oil
- 3 Tbsps dark soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp Rice vinegar
- 1 sugar
- salt
- peppers
- 1 tsp cilantro (finely chopped)
Preparation steps

Rinse and trim the beans. Snip the ends of the beans and cut in half if necessary. Blanch the beans in boiling salted water for 6-10 minutes. Remove from the water, rinse under cold water, and drain thoroughly. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Peel and finely dice the ginger. Heat the butter and oil in a pan. Add the ginger, green beans, and garlic, and sauté briefly.

Deglaze with the soy sauce and the vinegar. mix in the sesame seeds, and season to taste with salt, pepper, and sugar. Mix in the cilantro, and toss to combine. Transfer the green bean salad into bowls. This can be served warm or cold.
