Preparation steps

1.

Rinse green beans, remove ends and blanch for 10 minutes in boiling, salted water. Remove, rinse with cold water and drain well. Cut bell pepper in half, remove the core, rinse and cut into fine strips. Rinse tomatoes and cut into eighths. Rinse radishes and finely chop.

Mix vinegar and oil and season with salt and pepper. Stir in radishes. Mix in remaining vegetables. Finely chop thyme leaves, and mix in. Marinate for 1 hour. Cut cheese into cubes and sprinkle over salad before serving.
